Hello! I love that March 1st is on a Monday– it seems like a double new beginning.

But prior to I set any goals for the month I want to wrap up how many miles I ran in February and the very best food of the month.   • I had my watch in my bag and mistakenly turned it on one day so it tape-recorded a 31+ mile run. I do not think it was that I went for a run and forgot to stop it since it happened on a rest day when I was hanging out with my nieces (so they might’ve also just been pressing buttons on it but I do not think so).

Recently I planned out my training at the start of the week and it was hard, but excellent running. Planning is so crucial to make development. It was challenging and I felt soooooo slow throughout the speed runs but I understand that’s what I must concentrate on today.

    So I do not have a mileage objective for March and won’t make one. I’m going to plan out my training at the beginning of the week and concentrate on pace runs, simple runs, long term and strength training.

    My mother’s birthday is Valentine’s Day so

    get to be the only one to bust open a piñata?! In other Valentine’s Day News … Ben remains in SoCal right now for work and brought me Valentines in the type of donuts and iced coffee.

    Another BIG HAPPY minute for me was getting a manicure and pedicure for the very first time because last March (when the pandemic hit). I shared it on IG however it’s wild for me to NOT get a pedicure at least every 3 or 4 weeks. WILD. I believe I’ve gotten one a minimum of monthly considering that high school.

    It felt so excellent to get a pedicure and see that the nail beauty parlor had up plastic guards and everybody was using masks. I went mid-day on a weekday and so it was quite empty too.
